Medical, nursing and rehabilitation care in the patient’s home
HomeCare is the Care Plus division for medical, nursing and rehabilitation services in the patient’s home, with a team of physicians, nurses and therapists and a personal treatment plan in familiar surroundings.
The idea is simple: medical services that can be provided at home professionally and safely, in medically suitable cases, come to the patient instead of the patient going to them. Patient safety comes first — care at home is not suitable for every condition.
Some of the services are provided under contracts with health funds and referring bodies, alongside private services. Eligibility varies according to the health fund, the service and the relevant arrangement.
