These terms of use govern the use of the website, the content that appears on it, the enquiry forms and the digital services available through it.

1. Purpose of the website
The website is intended to provide information about Care Plus, its areas of activity and the medical, nursing, care and rehabilitation services it provides, and to make it possible to get in touch, send an enquiry and check the possibility of receiving a service.
The information on the website is general information only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The mere presentation of a service on the website does not constitute an undertaking that the service is available at all times, in every area or to every patient.

The presentation of a service on the website does not constitute an undertaking of entitlement to funding, a financial commitment or approval to receive the service on behalf of a health fund or another body.
Entitlement, referral, approval, co-payment, the scope of the service and the relevant terms are determined according to the arrangement that applies to the patient and to the requested service.
